As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its goals by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with business analyst to gather and document requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in Agile environment and deliver the projects step by step and implement quick adjustments as needed and monitor the projects to completion.
• Create project plans, generate System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and deliver project reports. 
• Create Use Cases as per business requirements. Develop and design UML diagrams, create Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). 
• Conduct Scrum meetings, plan sessions, update project backlogs, user stories. • Run UAT, Operational Readiness testing, SWOT Analysis, Cost-benefit Analysis, ROI Analysis, End-to-End testing, System testing, Regression, and Integration testing. 
• Manage piloting through the entire lifecycle, starting from implementation, testing, launching, and defining the workflow for the system by implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies of SDLC. 
• Control formal project responsibility, including Cost, Schedule, and Market Risk & Performance & Risk Management. 
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and resource balancing skills and with ability to support multiple projects. 
• Managing Service Delivery Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and Digital Healthcare Web & Mobile Development - EPR/EHR Healthcare Mobile Application (iOS/Android/Windows). 
• Managing projects in Angular, IONIC, HL7, FHIR, Rest API, Asp.net, C#, SQL Server, Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and .NET Framework 
• Design and coding experience in Web/Mobile and Client Server technologies 
• Flexible to work on any role: Client facing, technical architect, Performance engineering and Individual contributor. 
• Managing Release management, E2E development process, Release planning, Agile methodology. Involved in preparing ROM and Detailed Estimation

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Computer Science or related field. 
• Proven experience as a core technical resource to mentor and lead the development team.

The Software Validation Engineer works with minimal supervision while applying expertise to support verification and validation activities for software solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases.
• Develop test strategies and test plan documentation.
• Translate manual testing scenarios into automated test suites that are robust and easy to maintain.
• Work in Agile environment and deliver the projects step by step and implement quick adjustments as needed and monitor the projects to completion.
• Involve in project deployments and rollouts using agile methodologies.
• Part of the team that analyzed the business requirements and studied the as-is business processes of the client.
• Participate in Customer discussions and provide necessary clarifications to customers.
• Interact with clients and gathering requirements.
• Work on managing pipelines for deployment automation using DevOps Center
• Change Management in Jira Service Management.
• Work on Apex, Visualforce, and standard Salesforce functionality for developing Salesforce applications.
• Ensure full use of standard functionality such as SOQL’s, triggers, validation rules, Objects, profiles, users, workflows, reports, batch apex etc.
• Implement Business logic based on the requirements.
• Generate Test Cases with a minimum of 85% coverage.
• Deployment of code between environments using ant script.
• Develop Proof of Concepts and design prototypes for requirement and design validation with the stakeholders.
• Work on implementation review and project check point on the current process and finding the improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related software engineering field
• Minimum of 2-5 years of related software engineering experience in the MedTech industryProven experience as a Validation Engineer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
